Analyst: GE endgame is to further shrink power business

The major changes to General Electric’s power business may just be beginning, according to an analyst with RBC Capital Markets.

CNBC reports that RBC Managing Director Deane Dray said in a note Tuesday that General Electric Company (NYSE: GE) is likely to pursue selling individual businesses under the GE Power umbrella, including steam, nuclear, and power conversion.
