Aqua America Inc.’s Ohio subsidiary has made an acquisition, according to a release from the company.
Aqua Ohio has purchased the City of Campbell’s water treatment plant and distribution system, which serves about 3,200 connections in Mahoning County. Aqua bought the facilities for $7.5 million.
It marks the first acquisition by an Aqua America subsidiary in 2020.
