Association of local governments lists projects for state transit-oriented development funds

Roseville could see more housing on Atlantic Street, or on specific parts of Douglas Boulevard. For West Sacramento, there’s a chance to upgrade the Pioneer Bluff/Stone Lock area, or parts of Sacramento Avenue. Placerville could end up seeing new investment in its Broadway area.

Those are among 23 submissions the Sacramento Area Council of Governments has received in recent months for its Green Means Go program, as local nominees seek state funding to aid transit-oriented development.
