Chairman steps down from top board spot at Houston midstream giant

The longtime chairman and former CEO of Plains All American Pipeline LP (NYSE: PAA) has finally left his post at the head of the company’s board.

Greg Armstrong has been the chairman of Plains All American’s board of directors since 1998. He retired from his position as CEO in 2018. Now, as of Jan. 1, he’s simply a director on the board and will be until at least Dec. 31, 2021, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
