Charlotte-based Honeywell International Inc. (NYSE: HON) has acquired Houston’s Rebellion Photonics for an undisclosed amount.
Rebellion, which has commercialized an intelligent monitoring system that can detect and analyze gas leaks, fire or security issues in real time, will become part of Honeywell’s Safety and Productivity Solutions business, according to a press release.
