Coming sales losses tied to Covid-19 have Duke Energy cutting costs, but layoffs are not in the picture for now

Duke Energy Corp. missed analysts’ expectations for first-quarter earnings, but the company says it still expects to hit its full-year earnings numbers despite coming hits caused by the Covid-19 crisis.
