ConocoPhillips CFO to retire after 39 years with company, replacement named

ConocoPhillips (NYSE: COP) announced May 20 that Don E. Wallette Jr., executive vice president and CFO, will retire after spending 39 years with the company, including the last four in the CFO role.

Wallette’s retirement will take effect on Aug. 31.
