The Downtown Development Review Board on Friday granted design approval for the latest plans for JEA’s downtown headquarters building, which JEA recently scaled down.
The DDRB gave final approval in December for a 200,000-square-foot office building and an 850-space parking structure with 7,170 square feet of ground floor retail. Both structures were to be nine stories.
