Duke Energy defends $56M electric transportation plan critics claim is a power grab

Duke Energy’s North Carolina utilities are defending their proposed $56 million second phase for their electric transport pilot programs against opponents who contend they are too expensive and could allow the company to dominate vehicle charging in the state.
