Duke Energy exec to retire after leading big changes in renewables, utility business

Rob Caldwell, who has led Duke Energy Corp’s commercial and utility renewables businesses through four years of significant growth and helped arrange a billion-dollar-plus sale of part of its portfolio, will step down June 26.
