Duke Energy Foundation commits $300K to support internships for minority students

The Duke Energy Foundation has committed $300,000 over three years to support internships related to energy, government, law and politics for minority college students working with the Congressional Black Caucus, the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, North Carolina Central University and South Carolina universities.

The foundation says its focus is on building a diverse workforce that mirrors the communities Duke serves.
