Duke Energy warns Hurricane Dorian could leave 700,000 without power in the Carolinas

As Hurricane Dorian tracks northwestward towards the Carolinas’ coast, Duke Energy Corp. is beefing up emergency crews here to about 9,000 workers as it draws down the emergency crews stationed in Florida.
