A study by a group of West Coast electric utilities envisions outfitting the 1,300-mile length of Interstate 5 with 27 charging stations — one every 50 miles — to serve medium-duty electric trucks.
Five of the stations would be in Oregon, which would also get eight stations along Interstate 84 as 41 stations are developed along arterials that feed into I-5.
