Equitrans Midstream Corp. and EQM Midstream Partners LP announced Wednesday that their merger had been completed on schedule.
The two entities, which have the same executive team, will now be known as Equitrans Midstream Corp. (NYSE: ETRN). Equitrans has acquired the outstanding common units of the limited partner interests in EQM Midstream Partners (NYSE: EQM).
