Equitrans Midstream Corp. shareholders and limited partners in EQM Midstream Partners LP voted Monday to approve a previously announced merger of the two entities.
The merger is expected to close June 17 and common units in the EQM Midstream Partners (NYSE: EQM) will no longer be traded on the New York Stock Exchange, Equitrans (NYSE: ETRN) said in a statement Monday.
