Gov. Charlie Baker made another push for his proposed $750 million clean energy fund, folding it into a $3.5 billion economic development bill he unveiled Thursday.
The overall bill would spend the remaining $2.3 billion in funding from the American Rescue Plan Act plus more than $1.25 billion in state bond authorizations.
