Former Franklin County Judge Jenifer French will be the next chairwoman of the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, Gov. Mike DeWine told a virtual forum at the City Club of Cleveland on Friday.
French was a Common Pleas Court judge until January. She lost her seat on the bench in the general election in November.
