Hawaiian Electric partners with Mainland energy firm on grid services purchase

The Hawaiian Electric Companies and Minneapolis-based Open Access Technology International, Inc. have finalized a pioneering grid services purchase agreement — that was approved by the Hawaii Public Utilities Commission Thursday.
