Houston-based helicopter company Bristow Group Inc. (NYSE: VTOL) has changed up its top leadership team as it faces changing market conditions.
The primary change cuts the chief operating officer post in favor of a new chief transformation officer title, which former COO David Stepanek now holds, according to a company filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
