Honeywell CEO’s compensation totals more than $20M in 2019

Honeywell International Inc. awarded CEO Darius Adamczyk a total compensation package worth more than $20 million in 2019, according to a Thursday proxy filing with the the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

That’s the highest annual total for Adamczyk in the three years he has been the chief executive at Honeywell, though it comes in well below the $34.5 million his predecessor, David Cote, received in 2015.

In 2018, Adamczyk’s total compensation totaled more than $19.2 million.
