A JEA board member plans to propose that CEO Aaron Zahn be removed from his position at Tuesday’s board meeting.
The termination would be “for convenience,” board member Henry Brown said in a letter to Zahn: That means that Zahn would be eligible to receive a lump sum payment open to 20 weeks of his salary.
