JEA grapples with impacts of volatility in Eastern Europe, supply chain

Russia’s declaration that the Donetsk and Luhansk regions in Ukraine were independent of Kyiv on Monday, and its subsequent invasion of eastern Ukraine, will have an impact on Jacksonville utilities.
