Johnson County vote resolves parameters of utility-scale solar developments

Johnson County commissioners have finalized regulations for large-scale solar farms, and with that approval, Florida-based NextEra Energy Resources LLC now sits in a position to propose a $450 million project set for the west of Gardner.
