After recently postponing the spinoff of its Speedway gas stations, Marathon Petroleum Corp. is again in talks to sell the subsidiary.
Possible buyers include Canada’s Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc., which operates about 14,800 convenience stores worldwide, including 10,000 in North America, reported The Wall Street Journal, citing named sources familiar with the matter.
