Most Dominion Energy customers in NC can expect small increase in gas bills this winter

Most Dominion Energy North Carolina customers will see a small increase in their next natural gas bills.

The N.C. Utilities Commission approved a slight increase in the energy charge for all customer classes except for some in the small commercial category. The increase amounts to less than 1.9% for residential customers, or about $1.44 on a typical monthly bill during the winter heating season, says spokeswoman Persida Montanez.
