Mountain Valley Pipeline to pay $2.15M to settle Virginia environmental lawsuit

Mountain Valley Pipeline, the natural gas pipeline that is owned by Pittsburgh-based Equitrans Midstream Corp., will pay a $2.15 million civil penalty to resolve a lawsuit filed over alleged environmental violations in Virginia.
