New APS CEO vows no election spending on Corporation Commission races

New Arizona Public Service Co. CEO Jeff Guldner says the state’s largest utility won’t be spending any more election money involving races for the Arizona Corporation Commission.

Guldner, who took over as CEO and president of APS and its parent Pinnacle West Capital Corp. (NYSE: PNW) in November, told commissioners Tuesday the utility is staying out of its elections, according to the Arizona Republic.
