Ryan Companies US Inc. submitted its latest design for JEA’s new headquarters to the Downtown Development Review Board on Wednesday. The designs need DDRB approval to go forward.
The designs for the project at 300 block of W. Adams Street showcase nine stories of office space totaling 190,000 rentable square feet, along with a nine-story, 850-space parking garage.
