World Petroleum Congress, an international symposium known as the “Olympics of the oil and gas sector,” has been postponed a year.
The 23rd event was slated to be held in Houston late this year, but it will now be held at the George R. Brown Convention Center Dec. 5-9, 2021, according to a press release. The event is only held every three years and hasn’t been held in North America since 1987, when Houston was also the host city.
