Republican cap and trade amendments are streaming in, even as the committee working on the bill digests a package of revisions introduced by Democratic leaders early last week.
Led by Sen. Cliff Bentz and Rep. David Brock Smith, the co-vice chairs of the Joint Committee on Carbon Reduction, Republicans had submitted more than two dozen amendments as of Monday afternoon.
