The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has issued an order to prevent the ETC Northeast Pipeline from placing natural gas in what the department said are “unstable sections” of the Revolution Pipeline throughout Allegheny, Beaver, Butler and Washington counties.
