Embattled utility company PG&E Corp. announced Monday that it is moving its headquarters from San Francisco to Oakland, leaving the city which it has called home for more than a century.
The company will start to relocate staff and operations to TMG Partners’ office tower at 300 Lakeside Drive on Lake Merritt in 2022 and sell its current headquarters property at 77 Beale St. and 245 Market St., pending the completion of its current bankruptcy proceedings.
