Epic Unlimited does not target, market to, or offer its products or services to anyone living outside the United States, which includes children under age 16. If Epic Unlimited learns a child under age 13 living in the United States or a child under age 16 living outside the United States submitted through the Site the child’s personally identifiable information without parental consent or Epic Unlimited learns it collected information about the child through the Site, Epic Unlimited will take reasonable and appropriate steps to delete it.
