Regulators remove hurdle for Duke Energy’s Constitution Pipeline

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has reversed its own 2018 ruling and now says that New York environmental regulators waived their right to reject the 124-mile Constitution Pipeline, which could clear the way for construction on the project to begin.
