Renewable fuel retailer sues Phillips 66, alleging theft of trade secrets

Sacramento, California-based renewable fuel retailer Propel Fuels Inc. has filed suit against Houston-based Phillips 66 (NYSE: PSX), alleging that the oil giant misappropriated Propel’s trade secrets during due diligence for an acquisition that never occurred.
