The battle for control of EQT Corp. escalated Thursday, with former Rice Energy executives nominating its own slate of board of directors to run the Pittsburgh-based natural gas drilling company.
Since December, former Rice Energy President Toby Z. Rice and former EVP Derek A. Rice, have been battling to change direction at EQT (NYSE: EQT).
