San Antonio passes climate action plan

The San Antonio City Council on Thursday passed a climate action plan that seeks to put the city on the path to carbon neutrality by 2050.

The plan passed with a vote of 10 to 1 following three hours of discussions, including an hour and a half of community comments. The lone dissent was cast by District 10 Council Member Clayton Perry, who expressed concern about the lack of cost estimates.
