San Antonio receives nearly $6M to replace aging buses

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality doled out the first portion of a massive Volkswagen settlement on Thursday, awarding a San Antonio school district and the city’s transportation authority a total of $5.9 million to replace aging vehicles.
