South Bay braces for PG&E blackout set to begin later Wednesday, county declares emergency

Pacific Gas & Electric Co. said Wednesday afternoon that a planned power outage that could affect as many as 200,000 customers in certain San Jose neighborhoods would now not begin until “later this afternoon and into early evening.”
