St. Louis-based Environmental Liability Transfer (ELT) has acquired the closed Meredosia Power Station from Ameren Energy Medina Valley Cogen LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ameren Corp.
ELT declined to share terms of the deal but the transaction included real estate assets and the assumption of legacy environmental liabilities associated with the site, officials said.
