The Stewart’s Shops Corp. convenience store chain has acquired Polsinello Fuel’s diesel and gasoline distribution business at the Port of Albany.
The family- and employee-owned chain of 336 stores also has purchased five Polsinello gas stations.
Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
