UPS hires C-Suite successor to champion sustainability efforts

UPS has a new point-person for its ongoing sustainability push.

United Parcel Service Inc. (NYSE: UPS) said Thursday it hired Suzanne Lindsay-Walker as the company’s chief sustainability officer and vice president of environmental affairs. She succeeds Tamara Barker, who took the CSO role in 2016 and recently retired after more than 30 years with the company. Lindsay-Walker’s official start date was Aug. 26.
