Valero Energy Corp.’s top lawyer will assume a new role as chief financial officer when the San Antonio energy company makes two leadership changes next month.
Jason Fraser, currently general counsel, will become CFO starting July 15, when current CFO Donna Titzman retires from the company. Richard Walsh, currently deputy general counsel, will take Fraser’s place as GC on the same date.
