White Dog Labs buys former ethanol plant in Little Falls

White Dog Labs, a biotech firm pursuing new types of sustainable food technology, has acquired a shuttered ethanol plant in Little Falls, Minn., for $9.2 million.

Finance & Commerce reports on the deal for the former Central MN Renewables facility, which closed last summer. Owner Green Biologics, based in the United Kingdom, closed the plant last year and sold it to NuMake LLC, an affiliate of White Dog based in New Castle, Delaware.
