Houston-based Occidental Petroleum Corp. might be bringing back a familiar face to lead its board of directors.
The Wall Street Journal reports that former Oxy CEO Stephen Chazen could be announced as the new chairman in the coming days, as long as discussions don’t fall apart. The report cited people familiar with the matter.
