Xcel Energy readies crews as severe wind storm predicted for Minnesota

Damaging winds in excess of 65 miles per hour and thunderstorms with a potential of forming tornadoes are predicted to hit southern and eastern Minnesota, including the Twin Cities, tonight, and Xcel Energy Inc. says it’ll be ready.
