Another round of planned PG&E shutoffs could affect 250,000 customers this week

Another week, another potential round of planned PG&E shutoffs to hit Northern California.

The San Francisco-based utility has warned customers of a potential planned blackout in 19 counties in the Sierra Foothills, North Valley and North Bay.

Portions of Butte, Colusa, El Dorado, Glenn, Lake, Mendocino, Napa, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Shasta, Sierra, Solano, Sonoma, Sutter, Tehama, Trinity, Yolo and Yuba counties could be affected by the shutoffs. Other parts of the Bay Area are not expected…
