Brookfield Renewable moving national control center out of Massachusetts

Brookfield Renewable is moving the national control center for its hydroelectric, solar and wind power generation business out of Marlborough, Massachusetts to upstate New York.

The Toronto-based company plans to double its footprint and nearly triple the workforce at its Queensbury operations center where it has leased space from real estate developer and electrical contractor Joe Gross for two decades.
