DTE’s midstream unit spun off to new publicly traded company

A newly spun off midstream company has hundreds of employees between bases in Canonsburg and Morgantown, West Virginia.

Earlier this month, DTE Energy (NYSE: DTE) spun off its gas pipeline company DT Midstream into its own separately traded public company known as DT Midstream Inc. (NYSE: DTM). It began trading on the New York Stock Exchange.

The company has a big presence in the Pittsburgh region, with several hundred employees at its office at Southpointe as well as a smaller office in Morgantown.…
