Ex-Andeavor executive’s lawsuit to recover bonus moves forward

A federal judge on Thursday denied Marathon Petroleum Corp.’s request to dismiss a lawsuit brought by a former executive at Andeavor, which Marathon bought last year, alleging that the company cheated him of bonus money.
